Privacy Policy

1. Preamble

Talkartive SAS places great importance on the protection of your personal data. This privacy policy is intended to inform you about how we collect, use, and protect your data when you visit our website or use our contact form.

2. Data Controller

The data controller is:

TALKARTIVE, SAS with a share capital of €1,000
Registered office: 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France
Contact: legal@talkartive.com

3. Data collected

When you fill in the contact form, we collect the following data: last name, first name, email address, your organisation's website, estimated budget, and, if you provide it, your phone number.

4. Purposes of processing

These data are used to:

  • respond to your contact request or appointment booking
  • pre-qualify your project before a discussion
  • allow you to book a time slot via our scheduling tool (Calendly)

5. Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on your consent, expressed at the time of form submission, as well as on our legitimate interest in responding to requests addressed to us.

6. Data Recipients

Your data is accessible by members of our team authorised to process incoming requests. It is hosted via Supabase and may be shared with Calendly (if you book a time slot) as well as our internal messaging tool (Slack), for purposes exclusively related to the follow-up of your request.

7. Retention period

Your data is retained for 3 years from our last interaction, unless otherwise required by law.

8. Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • right of access
  • right to rectification
  • right to erasure
  • right to restriction of processing
  • right to data portability
  • right to object

To exercise these rights, you may contact us at the following address: [EMAIL ADDRESS FOR EXERCISING RIGHTS]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).

9. Cookies

A cookie is a small file placed on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit a website. The term here covers all comparable trackers, such as local browser storage. In accordance with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, cookies that are not strictly necessary for the website to function may only be placed with your prior consent.

This site uses no advertising cookies, no audience measurement tools, and no social network modules: the Instagram and LinkedIn icons are simple links.

Strictly necessary cookies. Exempt from consent, they store in your browser your cookie choices (for 6 months), your accessibility preferences if you change them, and the fact that you have already watched the introductory video, so it is not played again. These preferences are kept until you clear your browser data. Talkartive team members who log into the administration area also receive authentication cookies, lasting a maximum of 400 days, which are never placed on visitors' devices.

Contact form protection. When you start filling in the form, the Cloudflare Turnstile service (Cloudflare, Inc., United States) verifies that you are not a robot. It does not use cookies: it analyses technical information (IP address, browser characteristics) to detect robots, without seeking to identify you (see cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy).

Appointment booking (Calendly), subject to your consent. After submitting the form, you can book a time slot in a calendar provided by Calendly, LLC (United States), which places its own cookies and may display its own banner. This calendar is only displayed with your agreement; without agreement, your request still reaches us and you can write to us at hello@talkartive.com. Calendly adheres to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which governs the transfer of your data; its privacy policy is available at calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice.

Managing your choices. On your first visit, a banner allows you to accept or refuse these cookies just as easily ("Accept all", "Refuse all" or "Customise"). Your choice is kept for 6 months, after which you will be asked again, or sooner if we add a service subject to your agreement; a record (date, accepted categories, banner version) is kept to be able to justify it. You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time using the "Manage my cookies" link at the bottom of each page. You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings (see the CNIL's advice on managing your browser, at cnil.fr); your choices and preferences will then no longer be remembered.

Your rights. TALKARTIVE SAS is responsible for the cookies placed by this site; Calendly and Cloudflare process the data collected by their services in accordance with their own policies. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection by writing to legal@talkartive.com, and lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr/fr/plaintes). To find out more, please consult our privacy policy.
